DrLocator organizes physician information around the questions patients commonly ask before contacting a practice. Directory information is informational and should be confirmed with the physician, practice, insurer, or applicable licensing authority.
For Physicians
Physicians can claim their listing, verify ownership, correct public facts, describe their services, and keep practice information current. Claimed profiles remain subject to DrLocator review and platform policies.
Where Profile Information Comes From
Profiles may include official NPPES Version 2 public provider data, information submitted by a physician or authorized practice representative, corrections reviewed by DrLocator staff, and patient reviews submitted under the DrLocator Review Guidelines. Each public profile identifies its source and last-updated date.
